Return & Refund Policy
We want every experience at Cordova Bowling Center to be enjoyable. This policy outlines our refund and return process for various services and purchases.
1. Event Tickets
All event ticket sales are final unless the event is canceled or rescheduled by us. Transfers may be requested up to 24 hours in advance.
2. Lane Reservations
- Cancel 24+ hours in advance for refund or reschedule
- No-shows or late cancellations may not be refunded
3. Retail Purchases
Return within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. Customized or clearance items are final sale.
4. Food & Beverage
All food and beverage sales are final. Management may issue refunds at their discretion for quality issues.
5. Gift Cards
Non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
6. Loyalty Redemptions
Points are non-refundable and non-transferable.
